"Watch Your Language"

Are you including all young people?

Young people with speech, language and communication impairments(SLCI) are some of the most socially excluded groups. Their difficulties and needs often go unrecognised and their behaviour misunderstood. This highly participative seminar, for organisations who work with young people in recreation and leisure settings or support young people at risk, will help.

Watch your Language will:

  • Provide an invaluable insight into SLCI

  • Examine the huge impact these impairments can have on the lives of young people

  • Offer strategies to promote inclusion

  • Equip participants with a free, clear and concise training pack to use with staff and volunteers in your organisation

Further details and booking forms will be posted here in due course
